Loganberry Festival
back to the farm
July 27 & 28, 2013
Equestrian/4H | Wine & Beer Tasting | Music & Fun | Vendors |
The Loganberry Festival is a celebration of all of the many attributes of Greenbank Farm. It is the opportunity to spotlight the land, programs and relationships the Farm serves to nurture. As such the Festival encompasses:
- Community produced goods, arts, services and food
- Farming based activities and experiences
- Family focused entertainment and games
- Agricultural and environmental education
- Tenant sales and service
- History of the Farm
Back to the Farm is the key concept defining our intention to provide you and your family with a uniquely Whidbey farms experience and spotlight the activities and initiatives of the community experience.
All of the activities you will experience at the Festival are particular to the Farm and local to Whidbey and its nearby neighbors. You will meet artists, entertainers, farmers, food vendors, service organizations and volunteers, all of whom are neighbors and produced their goods and services themselves.
- Equestrian demonstrations, 4H animals and dog agility
- Local handcrafted arts and crafts
- Regional foods
- Chalk art
- Adult and youth pie eating
- Top flight music on a new stage
- beer and wine garden
- Agriculture Training Center tours
- Nature walks and field animals
